Samsung LN52A650 52" LCD TV 1080p
When we first got this LCD Display for our office, I almost thought it was too real! We hooked it up to a Blue Ray DVD player and put in the movie, Batman Begins. I couldn't believe what a difference 1080p makes! In the past I always preferred 720p over 1080i on my old Panasonic Plasma TV. When it comes to displaying motion, progressive scan beats out interlaced everyday of the week! Having that fluidity with an extra 360 lines of resolution makes for an eye popping experience!
Nvidia GeForce 8950GX2 Video Card
Wow! That's really all we could keep saying at the office, and we kept saying it over and over again. This video card from Nvidia is worth every penny! The 8950GX2 is a dual chip card, which in turn are based on the new G80 chip which is 80 nanometere technology. Both clock in at a speed of 550MHz, and the GDDR4 memory is 2x512MB and it runs at a speed of 2GHz! Video editing with this thing is a breeze!
